Karma Royal Group continues its expansion with
our very first resort in the Caribbean... and in
keeping with the stellar reputation of the Karma
brand for delivering unparalleled luxury in the
world's most sought after destinations, Karma
Bahamas doesn't do things by half. How about a
whole island to call our own...?
Karma Bahamas represents a milestone in the
continued global expansion of the Karma Collection
portfolio of select destination experiences. Not
only is it Karma Royal's first property in the
Caribbean, it's also our first development to
occupy an entire island - and one of the prettiest
among the 7000 islands and islets that make up this
famously beautiful archipelago.
From the air, Little Harbour Island bears an uncanny
resemblance to a leaping dolphin. Its bone white
beaches give onto pale sapphire waters and there
is a deepwater inlet that gives the island its name.
Very soon, this anchorage will be transformed into
an elegant marina, fringed with St. Tropez style
town houses of one and two bedrooms and at
its seaward end, a bar on one promontory and a
wedding pavilion on the other.
Besides the town houses, Karma Bahamas will
comprise three, four and five bedroom villa
residences. Many of the oceanfront properties
preside over their very own stretch of beach and
all have been designed to blend seamlessly with the
local environment, crafted from colonial style wood
planks in pastel shades that reflect the colours of
the sky here. All will feature world-class facilities and
designer furnishings as is the standard throughout
the Karma portfolio.
Residents will also have full access to a host of
amenities, including a private member's club which
brings with it superlative services as well as access
to more than 200 affiliated clubs around the globe.
The private wellness facility will deliver the kind
of treatments, natural ingredients and therapeutic
expertise that have become a signature of the
award winning Karma Spa brand.
