RETURNS THAT ARE MORE THAN JUST FINANCIAL... KARMA FRACTIONALS

How does one best explain fractional ownership? Well, the first word that springs to mind in the context of Karma Royal is 'opportunity.' It's what the company's visionary chairman saw when he pioneered the model in Asia just over 15 years ago. And it means just that to investors too...Opportunity. And we're not just talking financial returns either...

An investment opportunity is as dependent on the people delivering it as it is on the soundness of the model itself. Fractional ownership with Karma Royal makes sense on both these counts. Karma chairman John Spence has built a debt free company with a stellar reputation - as evinced by his recent Australian Entrepreneur of the Year award. Karma's success is our owners' success too of course. And that's why John, ever blazing trails, is now championing the fractional ownership model.

The model is best imagined thus...you purchase a stock or bond, which increases in value - perhaps doubles, or even trebles over the years. But while it's making you money, it's also bringing you four weeks stay in a private luxury villa, in one of the world's most desirable destinations.

So you can save thousands of dollars a year on luxury holiday accommodation, while at the same sitting on an asset that appreciates in value.

But with Karma Royal's fractional ownership scheme, you're investing in bricks and mortar, not the market. You'll actually own a fraction of a luxury villa, which costs you just a proportion of what the villa would cost outright. As a Karma owner, you become part of a privileged community with access to a lifestyle that most can only dream about. Without it costing you the earth.

FLOATING LUXURY IN KERALA'S PICTURESQUE BACKWATERS

Kerala is rightly famed for its beaches and its historic hill forts, its cuisine and its stunning landscape. But one of the most enjoyable activities during a holiday in the southern province is to take to the maze of backwaters, canals and lakes in a houseboat. Now Royal is about to bring you our very own Keralan Houseboat, complete with all those little extras you've come to expect from us. The boat will accommodate six people, with full dining service provided. Choose between one and two day cruises - the perfectly leisurely way to soak in the Keralan atmosphere...

BALI LIFE ORPHANAGE

If Karma is about getting the most out of life, it also recognizes the need to give back from that place of privilege. John Spence is highly regarded for his dedication to philanthropy, supporting a wide range of causes, with a particular emphasis on sports education and children's charities and foundations. The Bali Life Orphanage is the latest organization that Karma has chosen to work with - not least because right now, they need all the help they can get...

The Bali Life Orphanage is located close to Karma Kandara resort, but their current facilities are ill equipped to deal with the many Balinese children who rely on their services. That's why they're currently building a new facility that will be able to provide these kids with the kind of educational and leisure facilities, which will give them a genuinely positive start in the world and open up a world of opportunities. Over the next 18 months, Bali Life needs to raise a total of US$150,000 to complete the new orphanage. We've decided to help them.

Besides Karma's own contributions, we'll be appealing to the extended Karma family to help us in this enterprise. And as of mid-June, Karma Kandara began donating all usable food scraps to help support the poultry farms of Bali Life. In turn, the product from the farms - namely chicken and eggs - are used in the canteens of Bali Life to feed the children and the staff.

Karma Kandara has already begun raising funds through our many outlets and there are several larger-scale events and promotions in the works to help us achieve our targeted goals. If you would like to help contribute, please contact rex@royalperspective.com
