When you joined Royal Resorts, you probably thought you were joining a Holiday Club. But with a host of new products coming online including three distinct resort brands - Royal, Karma and now Chakra - Karma Royal Group is something much more, catering to all of your lifestyle needs.

But since you joined our growing family of bon vivants - those who enjoy the good things in life - the Royal brand has evolved considerably and with it the portfolio of exciting products that you are able to access as members.

For a start, the Karma Royal Group now incorporates three global resort brands - Royal, Karma and the brand new Chakra (more of that in feature two!) While all deliver consistent standards of excellence, guests can opt for different levels of luxury according to their preference - offering more choice and a growing global network of exciting resorts. While Karma is the pinnacle of 5 star luxury, Chakra is its 4.5 star counterpart, still defined by outstanding destinations and levels of service. As a member of Royal Resorts, you have privileged access to both of these brands, with substantial discounts available on rack rates and a range of options for using your membership towards holidaying in these elite properties. Royal itself continues to add exciting new resorts to its portfolio in destinations around the world.

But it's not just the resorts themselves. Karma Royal is now unrolling a global portfolio of unique beach clubs, defined by high design, attentive service, outstanding food and beverage and top flight international entertainers, from DJs to musicians. Karma Spa is a burgeoning brand in and of itself, which has already won numerous awards and accolades, as have our resorts, restaurants and staff. Karma Royal is continuing to develop exclusive relationships with partner brands to bring you an even greater choice of leisure experiences in the realms of hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment and retail - oh, did we mention our plans for a shopping centre and nightclub in Bali?!

As we grow, we also need to refine the membership experience of course - which is why we are in the midst of establishing an all new approach to customer relations, designed to make it easier for you to get the most out of your membership with the minimum of confusion, considering all the new products we are bringing on line. We'll be launching the new interface, "Odyssey", very soon which of course will be featured here in Royal Reporter.
