Exceptional service by the Karma Group

Dear Odyssey,

I would firstly like to thank all the Staff members of Odyssey for the excellent service that they have been providing to us members.

I have been coming to Karma Royal Haathi Mahal for several years and have been here umpteen number of times. For me this property has been a home away from home. On my previous visit in July 2016, I had decided that my granddaughters first outstation holiday would be at Karma Royal Haathi Mahal. My granddaughter Rhea is just 4 months old.

Along with my family we checked in on 14th September 2016. At first my family was a bit apprehensive. But soon all the apprehensions and anxieties were put to rest by the excellent service received from our staff at Haathi Mahal.

All possible care was taken to make our stay most comfortable. Right from our check in to our departure, our stay was most comfortable. I can say for sure that this type of service and atmosphere would not be experienced even at 5 or 7 Star resorts or hotels.

Our villa’s were as comfortable as always and as usual the dining was par excellence.

We take this opportunity to thank Mr. Joe Fernandes -  GM of Karma Royal Haathi Mahal,  Mr. Allan  Pereira - GM of Odyssey and Mr. Kundan – Executive Chef, for making our holiday memorable. We have had many holidays at Karma Royal Haathi Mahal and other Karma Resorts including abroad, but this holiday we shall cherish forever as it was our granddaughter Rhea’s first holiday.

In fact we have already started planning a holiday to one of Karma’s resorts abroad.

Once again we would like to thank everyone at Odyssey for the excellent services that we have been receiving over the years.

Looking forward to our next visit to our home, that is Karma Royal Haathi Mahal.
