Odyssey Creates Memories

Dear Allan & Team Odyssey,

I would like to begin by expressing a whole hearted “Thank you” to your entire team and to the others that are both directly or indirectly associated in creating an experience for your members of the Karma Group, albeit words aren’t enough to portray the amount of gratitude and satisfaction that I have experienced whilst staying at your beautiful and well maintained resorts, across various destinations.

Right from the warm welcome we received from the team at the front office and throughout the entire duration of our stay we were always well taken care of and afforded a smile from all the staff associated to the resort, their attention to detail is astonishing given the fact that they would always be willing to accommodate any request you may have and try their level best to ensure the member has a worthwhile holiday and stand true to their motto i.e. “WE CREATE EXPERIENCES”. 

I would also like to make a special mention of Mr. Allan Pereira the General Manager of Team Odyssey who always makes time for the members’ of the club and is welcoming to the feedback given to him, besides always looking for ways to improve upon the services rendered to us. He also spends a great deal of time advising us on the various resorts that are available to us via the Karma Group or through RCI which we find very interesting and exciting, and in turn makes it easier for us to plan our next set of vacations in a comfortable manner.

And last but not the least i would like to single out a certain Ms. Jestrid Fernandes from customer services who has been more like a personal concierge to me and is always a phone call away, besides being a delight whilst handling my holiday plans. I strongly believe that the word “NO” doesn’t exist in her vocabulary as she always tries her level best to ease my responsibilities when i plan my holidays.

I truly feel blessed and convinced that I must have done some good karma in the past to be part of the prestigious “Karma Group”.
