It's official - Karma Royal Group is going international with its beach clubs. Inspired by clubs on the party friendly sands of Greek island Mykonos, we launched our first beach club, Nammos at Karma Kandara on the limestone peninsula at Bali's extreme south. Now, Karma Beach is operating in the trendy resort district of Seminyak, also in Bali, and has quickly established it as the go to spot on the famous Batu Belig beach strip, home to brands like the W Hotel and Ku De Ta.

Karma Royal's beach clubs are defined by their sophisticated yet laid back vibe, perfectly mixed signature cocktails, Mediterranean style cuisine, including wood fired pizzas and exciting international guest DJs and musicians. There are even spa services to be had in specially devised sea spa tents presided over by highly trained body workers.

The exciting news this month is the launch of the WARM BAMBOO MASSAGE at our very own spa at Royal Resort Jimbaran in Bali.

This unique massage is recommended for those with lower back, neck & shoulder pain. During this soothing experience bamboo is warmed and your therapist will knead and roll warm bamboo onto areas of your body to soothe & nurture. It assists to improve circulation and a feeling of wellbeing. Judy Chapman spa curator says: "Trends in our global spa industry indicate that the warm bamboo massage is fast taking lead over the well-loved staple - warm stone treatment. Indeed many five star spas are now replacing their hot stone therapy with warm bamboo." New studies find that men's spa & grooming continues to accelerate globally and is said to be up by a staggering 10% since 2011 - expect continued development in men's spa treatments & grooming products. Here in Bali, spas report an increase of up to 20% in men's spa treatment sales (with most five-star spas reporting men's visits to spas are now on par with women).
